Our Community

We at E. Cohen believe that our growth is not only reflective of our commitment to our clients and our employees, but our commitment to the community as well.

It’s the time of year when we come together as a community to help those in need. That is why E. Cohen is excited to announce we are renewing our fundraising efforts to support the Greater Washington Community Foundation’s Food for Montgomery initiative.

Prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Food for Montgomery initiative is a highly coordinated, $30 million effort between the Greater Washington Community Foundation, its nonprofit partners, the Montgomery County government, and private philanthropists all working together to address the drastic increase in food insecurity among households in Montgomery County, MD. The initiative partners are working tirelessly to provide food assistance and essential supplies to more than 114,000 Montgomery County residents.

Every dollar makes a world of a difference, so start by filling out the donation form below or visiting this page to make your tax-deductible contribution – then help us advance this amazing cause and mobilize your friends, family, and business contacts to contribute. We need your help to raise some much-needed money to support this urgent need. If we all band together, this campaign will make an amazing impact in our community, especially for our neighbors who need it the most. Individual and foundation contributions up to $100,000 and corporate contributions up to $50,000 will be matched by initiative partners.
